started by Charles Ray Wilson, MAI, CRE in June 1976. The company was
incorporated in 1979 and is wholly owned by Charles R. and Tina A.
Wilson. Charles R. Wilson & Associates, Inc. provides real estate
appraisal and consulting services throughout the United States.
