Self Storage Data Services, Inc. (SSDS) is a research company with a database that has matured from over 20 years of experience appraising and consulting of self-storage facilities by Charles R. Wilson, MAI, CRE. SSDS evolved out of the need to supply the self-storage industry with third party verification of operating statistics. The data is provided by owners/operators who choose to participate, and by other sources such as lenders, brokers, appraisers, investors, and public sources.
